BlackBerry telephones dead once more? TCL to quit making the handsets: It may be an ideal opportunity to bid farewell, once more, to BlackBerry telephones. Chinese tech organization TCL, which runs BlackBerry Portable, said it’s end shop on the line of telephones.
A tweet from the BlackBerry Versatile Twitter account Monday morning reported TCL will stop selling BlackBerry telephones as of Aug. 31. It will keep on supporting its gadget until August 2022.
“TCL Correspondence has no further rights to configuration, assembling or sell any new BlackBerry cell phones,” the organization said Monday in a tweet. TCL reporter will keep on helping in the arrangement of cell phones including customer support and guarantee administration until Aug. 31, 2022 – or for whatever length of time that required by neighborhood laws where the cell phone was acquired.”
TCL made an arrangement to permit Blackberry telephones in December 2016, and its first telephone in the line, the BlackBerry KeyOne, appeared in 2017.
